Masterclass 2017: event summary

Our Masterclass series for 2017 was a huge success.

We delivered four Masterclass sessions in total taking us to Texas in the USA as well as Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in Australia. We had over 70% of our brands attend one of these sessions.

Our theme for Masterclass this year was Research, Operate and Innovate (ROI) which provided an insight into three key ways to utilise the platform and help drive your business results.

Research: Using research data from our brands we reviewed how business culture impacts the success of technology implementations. Operate: This is always many of our brands' favourite part of the day, we shared examples of best practice of use on their World Manager platforms from across the community

Innovate: Our afternoon breakout sessions covered three main areas of innovation: Dashboards look and feel, Compatible tools, Connecting in the Cloud
