Social and Gamification Update

World Manager’s development team has been mocking up some key features that our Brands asked for in the survey. As they develop these features, we will be reviewing them with our World Manager Community Board and then phasing them into your platforms for launch.

The latest features the team has been working on includes adding social profiles with chat functionality to the platform. With the social profiles, we are opening up the platform for employees to be able to view each other and interact in the same manner you would on Facebook or LinkedIn. The employee will also have an onscreen profile that shows some of their details and achievements within the platform. Future phases will include full chat features and the ability to comment and share images with each other. These new features are just another reason for employees to stay engaged and return to the platform on a regular basis.
