World Manager Expands into Latin America with New Office in Lima, Peru

Personalized service is the key to World Manager’s success globally, and to continue to provide brands with the VIP treatment we feel they deserve, we are proud to announce our first office in Latin America – located in Lima, Peru.

Back in 2005, Founder and CEO, Gary Valkenburg, set out to revolutionize the training industry. After spending over 20 years in the restaurant and retail industry as a trainer, he realized that there really wasn’t any control or consistency between locations and the corporate offices. To change this, Gary created the first World Manager platform – aimed at providing national training managers and business executives the ability to have real-time visibility into training completion and employee development. As of 2019, World Manager has helped almost 400 brands expand their e-learning, employee communications, operational compliance processes, and most recently their franchise management solutions.

"For the past several years, we have worked with brands and partners across Latin America, and we felt like establishing our first Latin America office in Peru was the next step in us ensuring we can continue to support our brands in South and Central America," says Gary Valkenburg.

Our office in Peru will directly support one of our newest members to the World Manager Community. We would like to proudly welcome Lindcorp to the family. Lindcorp will roll out the World Manager platform to their flagship convenience stores, Tambo, and also owns the beauty products chain, Aruma.
