All the content created within the World Manager ACTIV and training templates are 100% mobile, including all our question templates. ACTIV creates rich, interactive learning and development that can be attached to online training. ACTIV presentations can also incorporate videos, images, text and audio and are well suited to step-by-step training such as point of sale and sales cycles.

It is easy to upload corporate training content provided by third party suppliers or created internally. SCORM content adds a different delivery method and is effective for certain elements of training.

Scenario Based Training

Conduct live scenario based training where employees can create videos of themselves completing tasks that can be marked by Managers viewing the videos. Written case studies can be added to this tool where employees have to complete a written assessment of a case study they have read. Employees can upload videos of their tasks, or written documentation they need to provide, all to be graded manually by their Managers.

The Scenario Based Testing tool is mainly used by our brands to assess employees' understanding of particular procedures when the manager requires a more elaborate answer. These answers can then be marked based on set criteria available only for managers. These tests must be marked manually within your World Manager® by your managers.

Scenario based tests are used for assessing comprehension of important procedures, evaluating learning outcomes of workshops, uploading recorded videos of employees completing tasks or uploading pre-filled documents.

Policy Sign-offs

All management levels track completions on previously paper-based policies such as sexual harassment, work place bullying or employee health & safety policies. Policy management is very powerful with this tool, allowing you to track your legal compliance for in-location training and all policies and procedures.

Every location must track first aid, general hazards training, etc. This tool contains no training content, but is a record-keeping checklist of all face-to-face training that allows managers to sign-off competency for a particular item. The employee can then acknowledge the training in the same sign-off, giving both parties responsibility for accepting that the training has been completed and understood. Sign-offs can automatically refresh if the verification is periodical.

Employees read the PDF policy document online then sign-off using the electronic sign-off feature.

Achievement Awards

The Achievement Awards tool facilitates a "Reward and Recognition Program", automatically rewarding employees for achievements earned within the employment lifeline, ranging from highest training completion rates, most forum posts to employee of the month recognition awards.

Service Awards can be automatically set up to trigger when key platform features or tools are unlocked, or pre-defined targets are hit.
